Some assignments do not call for an appraisal report. A client may need a review of another appraiser's work, an opinion on a disputed valuation, help evaluating an offer, or analysis supporting a position in litigation.
Consulting assignments are scoped individually. We define the deliverable, the standards that apply, and the fee before the work begins.
